The growing table reflects the seed that we have ordered and intend to plant. Some varieties may not be available due to seed supply or crop failure and therefore may not be in your CSA share. We may also sneak in a few extra goodies not listed in the table in your CSA share during the season.

The availability dates reflected in the table are only an estimate and may vary by as much as several weeks depending on yearly variations in weather conditions. Not all varieties of a certain product will be available for the entire estimated harvest window since we succession plant different varieties at different times.
