Terms and Conditions

• Any reference to Campo di Bella refers to Campo di Bella LLC.
• There will be only one receipt provided per share. That receipt will only list the primary share holder that registered with Campo di Bella. If members wish to split their share with other individuals it is the member's responsibility to share costs or any insurance rebates with those parties.
• Campo di Bella will only send email communications to the primary email address listed upon member registration. It is the members responsibility to forward any communications from Campo di Bella to others who may have split the CSA share.
• Campo di Bella will not sell or distribute your personal contact information outside of the CSA.
• Campo di Bella does not guarantee rebates on CSA shares from health insurance providers. It is the members responsibility to check with their health insurance provider to see if they offer rebates for our CSA.
• Since members are investing in a seasonal share of farm produce and crop yield will depend on many natural conditions there will be no refunds on CSA shares.
• CSA members or their designate are responsible for picking up their share on the time and day designated by Campo di Bella. If the CSA member or designate does not pick up his or her share on the appointed time and date Campo di Bella will hold the share for no more than 24 hours for pick up at a location specified by Campo di Bella. If the CSA member or designate does not pick up his or her share after 24 hours Campo di Bella reserves the right to utilize that share in any manner they deem appropriate and the CSA member forfeits their right to that weekly share.
• Campo di Bella will do its best to provide the products listed on our seasonal growing list. However, limitations in the natural growing conditions and weather ultimately will determine yields of each variety. Therefore CSA members are not guaranteed to receive all items listed on our growing list. Crop failures may occur due to a number of factors. Campo di Bella reserves the right to add, remove or substitute produce items based on seed availability and growing conditions.
• Consumers of Campo di Bella produce are responsible for washing all goods before consumption. CSA members and or consumers of Campo di Bella produce are advised that products offered by our CSA are raised using natural practices such as composted manure. Consumption of produce without proper cleaning and washing by the consumer may result in serious illness. Campo di Bella is not responsible for illness resulting from improper cleansing of produce.
• Consumption of undercooked or improperly stored meat may cause serious illness. Campo di Bella is not responsible for illness resulting from improperly stored, undercooked meat, poultry or dairy.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification. The most up to date terms and conditions will be posted on our web site. Members have 48 hours to notify Campo di Bella if they do not accept updated terms and conditions.
• Individuals or parties agree to accept these terms and conditions by registering with our CSA or purchasing a product from Campo di Bella LLC
